Anyone else on Lovenox shots....
Is anyone else taking lovenox shots. I have to twice a day and its beginning to get to the point I want to run every time I see DH with my syringe.

There are a bunch of us on here that do Lovenox shots daily. I find it's easier to do them myself than have DH do it. At least I have control of the situation...ice cubes to numb the area also helps!

I have to try that. He just pinches the area tightly and POP goes the needle.

I have to take them as well, and I found that doing it myself is much easier. I don't know how long you have been doing them, but I have for 22 weeks and I can honestly say I don't feel a thing anymore. I'm so used to it. I promise it gets better!

I take them too and I do it myself. I can control how hard to push on the syringe and exactly the area to it. kinda stinks I know!

I am on them and honestly, they do not hurt me a bit...sometimes, they hurt more on the left side but I do not think they are bad at all....sorry they hurt you

I've been on it since before the pregnancy - once a day, 40 mcg. DH gives me the shot before bed - I ice up beforehand. SOmetimes it stings, sometimes it doesn't. After going through 2 IVFs, this is nothing.
