All I just did was put on some pajamas and I feel like I ran a mile..

I get very winded going upstairs. You would think I just ran a marathon.

sometimes.
when I have to go up 3 flights of steps from the subway I'm real gassed when I get to the top.

Me too! It's strange, I walk on the treadmill or go for walks and I'm fine, but going up stairs and I'm winded!
