Anyone else shocked by how well pregnancy is going?? *knock on wood*

Is anyone else shocked by the fact that they arent having a pregnancy like "other people did?"

Sometimes it scares me and I hope everything turns out ok but other times I just want to believe I am having a wonderful pregnancy.

I havent experiences half of what the books tell you or what my mom did with any of us. Physically, besides my sciatica, everything has been wonderful. I simply pray all is fine and I am just one of the lucky ones.

Anyone else?

I'm only 15 weeks and so far so good!!! {knocks on wood} I'm extremely grateful that I haven't had any morning sickness or fatigue. I did experience other things though - lots of spotting during my first tri, bad skin and developed a heart murmur, but according to the doctors I'm doing fine

I'm incredibly shocked. Everything seemed to go wrong with my pregnancy with Christopher. Now with this baby, sometimes I have to remind myself that I'm pregnant (For example, I heard a six flags commercial and thought: Ooh! We should go! Only to remember that DUH, I wouldn't be able to go on anything") I keep waiting for something bad to happen.

I keep saying to DH I can't wait to have a big belly so I STOP doing all my regular bending, lifting, moving heavy things, etc. I feel just like I always have - most of the time lots of energy, eating well, exercising, etc. I am so thankful that I feel this way, but like you said, it sometimes makes me nervous!

I went through my ENTIRE PG without FEELING preggers (well, besides for a growing belly....)

no m/s, no swelling, no complications. NOTHING.

Well during the 1st trimester and the fatigue I kept saying these might be my only kids.....but now that I am almost done with the 2nd it's been a breeze...except for the expanding belly. I thank god i had no m/s.

I feel great and everytime someone ask me i feel guilty saying it cause many who ask went thorugh a "bad" pregnancy. I am 24 weeks, i hope i can still feel this way as i get closer.

I feel the same way, in the beginning that made me very nervous, I thought I should be feeling sick, thank goodness I wasn't at all, sometimes a little naseau and being tired, but that is it.

~ makes me think about having a 2nd some day !!

I too feel this way....everyone always asks me how I feel, and I always say great....don't even feel PG most of the time.

I chalk it up to that it is something I was owed. It took me a long time to get PG and it was a long hard road...so I figured I was due for a break and I will be able sail through this pregnancy pretty easily

I've been having a great pregnancy (knock on wood too). Other than the fatigue in my first trimester, I really haven't had any of the symptoms that many experienced. I feel very lucky.

I'm 35 weeks and feel SO blessed! Aside from the fatigue in the first trimester all has been great. Just now am I experiencing swelling and can't get comfy at night but there's only a few weeks left so I can't complain!

I am actually glad this pregnancy I feel nauseaous, tired and just awful all the time. It helps convince me that this one is sticking.

Other than 20 weeks of m/s- I can't really complain.

I am having a scheduled C on 7/28/06- so excited.

yes!! i hve been complaining alot but it could be a lot worse!! i'm achey and sore and its hard for me to sleep and get around ... but no stretch marks, no hemorroids, no weird swelling or other pain ... i am 38 weeks and everything is looking good!

I'm feeling great as well (fingers are crossed)! My bump is the only thing making feel different (along with my ever-growing boobs)!

Yes, I have to say so far so good. So I was tired and was nasauea but thank fully I didnt puke. Some of my friends have been deathly sick the first trimester and I thank god I wasnt like that. the only other thing Im getting now is sciatica- ouchy! My dr told me to stretch everyday to cure that.

Heartburn moved in last night and decided to stay, but other than that, I feel great! The first couple of weeks I would have sworn this was going to be my only child, but I can't believe how well it's been going and how much I love it!
