Anyone else use a Dyna-Flex gyro?
I'm still recovering from major arm surgery, so my hand is still very weak. I found this cool gyro from Dyna-Flex: http://www.dynaflexpro.com/flash_site/hightechgyros.html
Once it starts spinning, you rotate your wrist to keep it spinning, and the gyroscopic action creates resistance, helping to strengthen the wrist and forearm. I've been using if for a few months now, and I really like it. Just wondering if anyone else has tried it.

I have it at work. There's several people here who can't start it either. The one coworker who already had one can start it with just his thumb. I'm not that good yet.
