Anyone ever been to Newfoundland?
No not a travel board question, just bare with me...
There was an Ikea commercial and it was about 'your place' and there was this house on a cliff overlooking the sea and it reminded me of the E. Annie Proulx book (uh oh, might be moved to Books) and it took place in Newfoundland. So has anyone ever been there? Is there anything there?

We were in Nova Scotia, close enough?
It was beautiful, very peaceful and clean. Not A LOT to do, but a nice close getaway. We did the Canadian cruise a few years back.
