Anyone ever buy furniture from Marshalls/Homegoods??...UPDATED
How was your experience??? We saw a chair there today that I am in love with but DH wants to wait. It is the perfect size for our back room.

UPDATED...
I decided that this chair was perfect for this room. Perfect size, real leather, and it reclined! So I bought it!!

You can find some great things there that you usually can't find in a reg. Furniture store. Just check to make sure it's in good shape and go for it.
IMO, why wait? It wont be there the next day, especially in stores like that.

My Mom has bought a few things from there recently (granite topped dresser, chair for her guest room) and they were great!
I'd go get it! It may not be there when you go back (happened to my Mom -- she wanted to get a matching chair for the guestroom and watched a man walk out with it as she pulled up)!

I buy so much stuff there it's crazy!
I'm there 1 - 2 times a week.
We got our nightstands there & had furniture made to coordinate with them.
The rule of thumb is buy it if you like it, because it probably won't be there when you go back!
They will hold the furniture for you once you pay for it.

What is their return policy? Can't you return anymore?
I would get the chair. Hang on to it for a few days to decide and return if I changed my mind.
That place is notorious for not keeping things long. When I go there and see accessories, lamps I like. I put it in my cart immediately. I have seen pieces I hesitated on then by the time I walked around and came back it was gone. We are talking 15 minutes.
