anyone ever hear about the Jonas Method

I just read about it on another message board so I looked into a website for it. Has anyone heard anything about it?

OMG...though it should tell you a date you are supposedly fertile based on the lunar calendar by your day/time of birth, mine was striking...since August of last year the day of the month it found for my was almost always the day of or one day off from when I got my AF...also in October the day it gave me was the day I believe I had my m/c (chemical). It's very interesting! This month the day it gave me is the day of scheduled AF, though I hope she doesn't come!

Check it out if you haven't already: Jonas Method

I definitely conceived within the 24 hour period that it predicted- but it says Chat Icon and my sono clearly showed a Chat Icon

I have to be honest- that whole "risk factor" thing makes me a little Chat Icon

It gave me a boy with a risk of 2 for the day I concieved my son.

So are high numbers for risk good or bad?

Because for this month I got a B? and 0 risk??

I was a scheduled C-section anyway so I don't know how much I really buy into it.

If you read on there it says that if you have AF it is even more likely that you will get pg. Go back and read the bottom part.

The probability of conception will be high despite the phase of your hormonal cycle on which such a moment falls. In fact, research shows that if such a moment falls on the days of menstruation, the probability of conception will be very high.

intereting.. but how scientifically accurate is that?

Re: anyone ever hear about the Jonas Method

Interesting, but as soon as I changed the start date for calculation from 1/1/07 to 11/1/06 all the "fertile" 2007 dates changed, as did gender and risk factor.

BTW if I get pregnant and stay pregnant this month I will be completely freaked out. The months I concieved and lost my pregnancies I l have high risk factors 4 or more so now I am completely wierded out by this... but this month it said b? and 0 so we shall see. Lets see if the silly internet thing works.. lol

Re: anyone ever hear about the Jonas Method

It said that my most fertile days are tomorrow and Saturday, which most likely will be true because I have been getting high readings on my opk and I am waiting for my peak......its freaky!!!

Re: anyone ever hear about the Jonas Method

wow
i dont know if i believe in these things - but wow is taht scary --- the day that i o's last month was right - and it was marked B with a risk factor of 6 -- i ended up getting my AF a week late - i alwasy thought in my head maybe a chemical pregnancy?

and this month it has my date as teh 17th - the day that im guessing too - this time a girl and o risk though.....

very very wow

I went backwards and it said I would be conceiving a girl but it was around the time I conceived. WEIRD!

So is it saying basically to BD one day before the date given and the chances of get pregnant are high? And is it saying that even if you have AF, BD anyway?

Re: anyone ever hear about the Jonas Method

i am definitely missing something. what's with the numbers that are over 12 for the months. i know it's a simple answer and i am going to feel real stupid when i figure it out.

also do you need to know exact time of birth and daylight savings?

Re: anyone ever hear about the Jonas Method

they set the dates the European way...so it is day.month.year (i.e. today is 8-2-07)
