Anyone ever make a Balloon Arch for their DC's birthday?
Just wondering how easy/hard it is. If you have any good suggestions- I'm open to advice!

I have made them in school. They are not difficult I would say tedious (sp?). You can blow up 2 balloons, tie them together and then twist around the ribbon.
