Anyone ever order from the Stila website?
WHAT A NIGHTMARE! I placed an order 2 weeks ago thinking it would certainly be here by Christmas. It hasn't even been processed Customer service is a atrocious - I haven't been able to speak to someone live yet , just to cancel my order. I will be purchasing their products from Sephora only from now on.

Yeah, it took forever for me to get what I ordered.... it's definitely fast (and cheaper... no shipping) to go to Sephora.

it was on my doorstep yesterday
Got my notice that it shipped today
