Anyone familiar with cooking with jerk sauce?

I wanted to use a bottle of jerk sauce I got from Jamaica but there are no directions on the bottle. Chat Icon I want to bake some chicken and flavor it with the jerk sauce. Do I bake it with the sauce on there already or put it on after? Thanks for any help!! Chat Icon

I just put the jerk sauce on the chicken like 30 minutes before cooking, let it marinate and cook on the BBQ. Its spicy and gorgeous! Enjoy!

I am from Jamaica and I usually put the jerk seasoning on the chicken from over night to let it marinate. Depending on the amount of chicken I am making I would use like 1 teaspoon to 1 1/2 teaspoon of the seasoning. DH and I like our food spicy too. Be careful of how much you use because it can very spicy.
