Anyone familiar with the Picasa photo website?
I'm trying to take a color photo, turn to b/w and then add color only to a certain part of the picture (eyes) Does anyone know how to do this? I chose Filtered b/w but then when it says to pick color filter, I can't seem to click on a color.

The filtered B&W doesn't let you spot filter. It's an overall effect.
You can do Focal B&W, but only on one section, so I don't think it will work on eyes.
