Anyone following the Taylor Swift trial?
This picture is when she said he grabbed her a$$.
This fool is saying he went in for her ribcage.
Sure looks more like her ass.
Im impressed that she's only suing for $1. She doesn't want his money she just wants him held responsible.
The Denver DJ accused of groping Taylor Swift in June 2013 flatly denied ever touching her inappropriately in court testimony Tuesday afternoon.
David Mueller, 55, of Denver, also rejected claims by Swift's counsel that he changed his story seven times and said he did not destroy evidence pertinent to the case. Swift was in court alongside her mother who cried during opening statements.
Asked to explain the impact the groping claim had on him, Mueller said it had cost him his income and his career.
He said it has been 'hard on my family and it has been hard on my friends. It had an impact on my girlfriend [Melcher]. It was hard for her, it was hard for me.'
He added: 'It's a humiliating experience to be accused of something that despicable.'
He also accused Swift's security guards of taunting him about his behavior in the immediate aftermath of the June 2 incident in front of his girlfriend.
Describing the fateful meet and greet, Mueller said he and former flame Shannon Melcher had lined up for approximately 20 minutes before being introduced to Swift.
He said the entire episode lasted just 40 seconds and began cordially with Swift shaking both his and girlfriend's hands.

If so I can see how he can deny that part but IMO this pic does make it look like he is touching below her rib cage which he claims he didn't.

What a typical fool. He clearly groped her and wants to mansplain his way out of it. He deserves to be held accountable. And TS shouldn't have to stop a man from touching her inappropriately - he is supposed to just not touch her inappropriately.

“It was a definite grab. A very long grab…I don’t think it would be wise to estimate time in court, but I know it was long enough for me to be completely sure that it was intentional,” Taylor told David‘s attorney on the stand (via E! News).
“He stayed latched on to my bare ass cheek… I felt him grab onto my ass cheek underneath my skirt. The first couple of milliseconds I thought it must be a mistake, so I moved to the side very quickly so that his side would be removed from my ass cheek, but it didn’t let go,” she continued.
“It was a very shocking thing that has never happened to me before. This was not something I had ever dealt with. I got as far away from him as I possibly could,” Taylor continued.

Terrible! I believed her before her testimony but now there is no doubt in my mind that he was not going for her "ribcage" .

I heard earlier on a newscast that she was so angry with herself of actually thanking them for the interview after all this happened. And her mom said it made her question raising Taylor to always be so polite. 
Just terrible.
I'm glad she isn't backing down.
ETS: And it's changed the way she conducts interviews.
I wonder what the girlfriend thought after she saw this picture and his explanation of touching her ribcage. She could not have believed that!

Yes! That's why in the article it says that she went inside and shortly after her personal bodyguard came out and was asking the DJ what happened and told him they get could get the police involved! Definitely assault.

A federal judge has sanctioned a former Denver radio host, who sued Taylor Swift, for destroying multiple electronic devices containing key evidence in the case.
U.S. District Judge William Martinez ruled Wednesday that Swift’s attorneys will be allowed to question David “Jackson” Mueller about a two-hour audio recording he surreptitiously taped during an interview with his boss the day before he was fired. The recording was lost when Mueller later destroyed or threw away four electronic devices.

“Call explained that one reason for Plaintiff’s termination was because Call perceived Plaintiff had ‘changed his story that it couldn’t have occurred, then that it was incidental,’” Martinez wrote.
Mueller recorded the conversation on his cellular phone and transferred it to his laptop and office computer, according to Martinez’ 16-page ruling. Mueller later gave snippets of the two-hour conversation that bolstered his claims to his attorney.
Mueller admits destroying or losing the cellular phone, laptop, iPad and computer for a variety of reasons including that he spilled coffee on his laptop’s keyboard. “It was fried,” Mueller said. But he also acknowledged the recording would have been important evidence in the case.

His hand is clearly way too low. His arm first approaches her body below the waistline of her dress... nope. never. no.
Her whole body is angled away from him.
Her smile is so clearly forced.
