anyone get a book on what to eat?

I'm looking at a few books b.c I would like know what I can eat when Im preggo rather than what I can't, or at least to give me ideas...

So far, I found a few but they all have rave reviews on amazon. Any advice here?

What to eat when your expecting is very good.. They give a few recipes but more importantly they tell you how much of everything you should eat and why you shouldn't eat certain things...
