Anyone get stiff necks often?
I have another one...I think it's the way I have been sleeping or something.
Any remedies or exercises....I am in agony

I bought one of those tempurpedic pillows--and while I still do sometimes have a stiff neck, it is SO much better! it took a few days to get used to, but it really aligns my neck better!!

Do you sleep with your window open or an a/c near your head? That can do it.

Yeah, I've got some pretty bad neck problems. Chiropractic helps a lot, as does the TENS unit (electric stim unit prescribed by a chiropractor that I can use at home). Heat works well, too. My dad buys some creme that smells worse than Ben Gay but it works great. Oh, I keep my computer monitor raised very high and I use a headset when I speak on the phone at home and at work. Cradling the phone gives me an instant stiff neck. I did not have great success with physical therapy. When I wasn't pregnant, I had a prescription for Flexeril, which is a mild muscle relaxer plus a separate a painkiller that I didn't use much. I heard that Flexeril is safe in pregnancy but I am scared.
Once it gets really, really bad, it is hard to get rid of it!!!!!!!!

Window is right about our bed ANd it is always open
We shift our bed in the summer time to accommodate for the a/c as the window is usually over my head.

Window is right about our bed ANd it is always open
We shift our bed in the summer time to accommodate for the a/c as the window is usually over my head.
We don't have AC in the bedroom but the AC will not go in the window right above is but the window off to the side

Hey!!! It's much cheaper than when I bought it!!!!
It did take a few days to get used to, but I went from almost daily stiff necks / sore muscles to only once in a while now. HTH!
