Anyone getting grief about wanting to know the sex?
I am so sick of hearing this!! YES, I want to know the sex-it's not a crime. I was told that's the miracle of it. NO, it's not, the miracle is that we are having a baby in the first place!!! Ugh  Vent over.
Anyone else experiencing this?

i did at first alot of family said why do you want to find out....
but as soon as they new... they all went shopping......
trust me once they find out.... they will be happy....

Originally my Dh didnt want to find out. Everyone around us thought that he was nuts!
We have 5 girls between us and I dont think I could of waited the whole 9 months...BUT now that I know it is a BOY I kind of wish that we waited b/c that would of been so much fun in the delivery room...

Yea, my mom doesn't want me to find out. AHHH But I am!!!! Everyone else is like when do you find out, I tell them all the time..  its a count down....

Yep! But I really dont care- because it is a decision that DH and I made together- and if no one else likes OUR decision about OUR baby- then tough!

Yes, but a bit different b/c DH & I KNOW the sex & we're keeping it a secret so all day we're defending our secret from family/friends.

I agree. As long as DH and I agreed and wanted to find out, there is no problem.
I don't tell people what to do. I respect their choice. I don't want to hear about it. That's my business. No, I am not playing God or whatever comment I hear. In seach case, MEDICINE and hospital in general are playing God too according to such principle.

I am actually getting grief from some people because we are NOT finding out!! If i hear one more comment like "you know your baby will be in all green and yellow" I am gonna flip my lid!
Why can't people just back off

i'm getting the subtle pressure the other way (i want to be surprised but i want to know too) but DH is adamant about being surprised. My mom on the other hand has hinted HEAVILY about why not know? She's pining for a girl. don't let it upset you, do what you want to do - its your baby. You could find out and not tell anyone

Actually I am getting the opposite...people are p!ssed off that I am not interested in knowing the sex b/c they want to know what colour to buy things....um how about sage & ecru like my nursery....
