I work for United and don't think that I could watch that movie.
Just the coming attractions flipped me out-
but you can't let maniacs dictate what you do in life. I fly 2-4 days a week.

don't worry- things are a lot different now. We follow very stringent security procedures onboard and in my heart I don't think people would hesitiate when a person or people start acting or threatining the safety of the cabin.
You are making me so GLAD I missed that movie

I've been scared of flying after 9/11, before then I never had a problem flying. Until recently I was even thinking of getting back on a plane, and facing the fear, especially now that i'm going to be a mom and will want to take our son on vacations.
But now after seeing this movie i'm even more petrified than before. I guess I shouldn't have watched the movie. It was disturbing to watch it thinking of the real victims that went throught it.

I have never been scared of flying even after 9/11, but I must say after watching it last night I am a bit worried not of flying but being alone if that happens. My husband and I are travelign to Europe this summer seperatly but comming back together and I got a bit anxious last night thinking of being alone if something liek that happend, I mean msot of those people were alone.

Actually believe it or not i'm more scared of the plane crashing then worrying about possible hijackers.
I think after 9/11 people are more brave and will probably slaughter anyone who tries to hijack a plane. I know I would.

They say that even if you are a frequent flyer... you have a MUCH greater chance dying in a car than you do on an airplane.
Think about that the next time you get behind that wheel.

I'd like to think that we have very stringent security procedures.
But my SIL went to miami with my 4 month old nephew and they didn't even ask for any photo ID. She asked if they wanted to see the baby's passport. They were like "no, no need to" My SIL said to me "what if I were a kidnapper, I could have walked on the plane with anyone's baby".

I agree, which is why I do still fly, but I am definitely nervous when I do! It stinks because I never was before.

I am flying on Feb 16 to Texas. Definatly not afraid to fly. I have flown a bunch of times since 9/11 and since watching all the documentaries that have been out.
