Anyone give their DC probiotics?

DS is starting some pretty heavy duty antibiotics and I was just wondering if any of you use probiotics & which brand? DS is almost 10 months old. TIA!

i give them Seroyal brand, you can order online. Brady took a ped. formula until he was one, now they're both on adult formulas.

Yes I had to when DD was on antibotics. She is milk allergic, so the one's I used were milk free and hard to find. They were the Lifetime brand and I got them at Mrs. Greens.

My ped told me to use Culturelle (if she wasn't milk allergic) - just open the capsule and poor the powder into the bottle.

I use Culturelle. You can get it at many pharmacies. Sometimes they have it behind the counter so ask if you don't see it on the shelves. My DS was on Clindamycin last Spring which is notorious for it's evil side effects but he had no problems at all when he took the Culturelle with it.

We've used Culturelle and Culturelle Kids when my DS was on Augmentin a few times to help his belly!

We did when he was younger. I don't remember the brand - it was OTC (but actually behind the counter) at Duane Reade. $14.99 for the box.

It was a big help...now he eats yogurt every day and that helps when he is on antibiotics.

I do. We use this one. It is a powder, and you only need to put a very tiny amount in with the milk/formula/juice.
