anyone go to inner balance yoga in farmingdale?
I see that they have prenatal classes and was thinking of going. How is it?

Maybe I should look into this to. I really am in fear I will be so out of shape after the baby, plus I am sure excerise is good for me at this point.

I was going to maybe try there this saturday or next. My back is starting to kill me. I haven't heard anything about it though but I guess it's worth a shot.
