Anyone go to Stroller Strides classes?
I'm thinking of going to the classes at Hecksher Park in Huntington this spring. If you've gone, what did you think?

I went to one and it totally kicked my a$$! It's a great workout. You get the first class free so you should go and try it out.

Great, thanks! Once upon a time, before I got pregnant, I used to workout pretty hard so I was wondering if it would be a good workout.

it is whatever you put into it. some people go for the social aspect, others work out hard. its a lot of fun
