LoL - when I was looking into colleges, we were told that it gets SO windy, they don't encourage anyone less than 110 lbs to apply. Nice tour guide, right?

REALLY? LOL  I guess I would have no problem going there then. I am def. over 110 lbs.
My sister lives at home and is dying to go away....I hope she gets in!

I know someone who did and they have underground tunnels and ropes going from building to building because the amount of snow they get you need to hold on to guide yourself.

I did, graduated in '94. I liked it a lot, but I am sure it's very different now. They have a new library and student center, supposed to be much nicer than when I was there. Let me know if you have more specific questions.
And the wind and snow are bad, but they do deal with it MUCH better up there than they do down here. Classes were cancelled once when I was a freshman and a couple times as a junior or senior. They know how to deal with the weather. And granted, I was not 110 lb but I found the ice to be tougher to deal with than the wind.
It's a gorgeous campus too, right on Lake Ontario.

A friend of mine at work went & loved it. She is an active alumni & loved campus life up there. She had a fair amount of party-time & was in a sorority, but she also got amazing grades and got to do a summer abroad program too.
