Anyone go to the Good Sam hospital tour last night?
DH and I went to the tour (talk about waiting til the last minute I am due on Monday) and there were so many people there. We stayed for the mandatory c-section class and it was even bigger.

I was there for the C-Section class but had taken the tour last week. Alot better and quicker than I anticipated. It's kinda funny to see just how little DH knew about labor... But I really think the tour was an excellent idea since I have actually never been to Good Sam. It kinda made me a bit calmer to actually see where this is all going down and for them to run through the normal procedures.

I was there with DH for both the tour and the c section class. My DH wanted to leave once we got our certificate in between the room switch, but I wouldnt. I am glad that the class didnt go until 10.

What were you girls wearing I really want to know who you are lol. When we got into the c-section class I said to DH, I wonder if any of the LIF girls are here and he just rolled his eyes lol. And he also wanted to leave at the room switch too, I made him stay.

I was there too and we took the tour last Tuesday. I'm also curious to know who you are I was wearing beige capris and a pink t-shirt.

I had on black comfy yoga pants and a blue shirt. My DH looked like a bad ***. lol He was in a yankee hat, cutoff shirt, and his tattoos were totally exposed.
ETA: My DH was cracking jokes most of the time. He tried to be quiet, but I am not so sure he was.

Ok, I know who the couple with the tattoo DH was now lol. I was the HUGE one and my DH was the redhead lol.
Do you remember what they said about the TV when we get moved down to the maternity floor? I remember she said the phone you would have to start paying for but do you have to start paying for the TV too?

Yeah, I had taken that tour too! I think last week I wore jeans and a black or plum halter but yesterday I was the one in a bright red dress

Once we leave the 6th floor we have to pay for tv and phone.

Call the hospital and have them connect you to the perinatal education dept. I think the lady's name is Karen. There are certain days they offer the tour and class. I am pretty sure the next one is Aug 28th. They offer them every few weeks. HTH

I know who you are! We were the couple that got stuck with the tour lady (Gene her name?) by the end by the main lobby...
