Anyone good with Wine/Champange for a gift??
So, I work for this one loan officer and he needs to send about 5 bottles of wine/champagne to these realtors.
Someone told him they like Billecart Salmon Brut Rose. I looked it up and it's $100 a bottle. We were looking for something that was more like $50 a bottle.
Any suggestions??
Oh, and I love ppl who wait until 3:30 on the Friday before Christmas week to do this. He JUST told me about this.

Veuve Clicquot. You cannot go wrong. It's $40 - $50 a bottle depending on where you get it from.

I don't have a suggestion for what wine or Champagne to get. I would go to the local liquor store and tell them the guys preference and asks what's good in your price range. I've done this a few times at Stew Leonards in Farmingdale and they always give me great suggestions.

this is what we popped when I popped my son...it's DIVINE 
but yeah, too much for a gift.
I also like Pierre Jouet, slightly less than Veuve but I just as good if not better IMO. (though I wouldn't kick Veuve out of my glass either  )

Love Billecart Salmon! I got hooked when a french factory sent my DH a case one Christmas. It can be difficult to find their champagnes, both in liquor stores and in restaurants. 
Are you going ahead with the vodka? I don't know how others feel about it, but I think Grey Goose would make a better gift.
Otherwise the Vueve Yellow label is a good standard champagne.
