Anyone have a 3yo NOT going to preschool this year?
and when will he/she go to preschool?

DS is 2.5, turing 3 in December and he will not go to preschool until he next September when he is 3.5.

My dd was 3 in july no preschool this year i will send her next year. i am going to do gymnastic class and a soccer class for her this year.

josh isn't going until 4.5 years old.
He just has so much school ahead of him...I could not see years of preschool.
He takes art classes now, starting soccer. he hated karate. going to start cooking school.
rather spend my money on fun things at this point

DD will be 3 in November. She will be starting preschool next year at 3.9 years old.

The reason I ask is bc we DID register dd for preschool 2x a week 4hrs , starts in September. But now I'm having second thoughts. I (and DH feels the same) am thinking of not sending her and just taking some classes,we'll be signing her up for dance this week and we could do something else, maybe mommy and me ....
I don't know, I am so torn , on one hand I know it will be good for her to be without me for few hrs and be around a teacher/kids , but on the other hand I have a hard time getting used to the idea of her - a 3yo- going to "school" (I know it's silly, but that's my personal issue) plus we'll have to pull her out next yr and send her to another school - universal preK.
I am not concerned about her being behind if she doesn't go this year, bc she is already very advanced for her age (not saying it bc she is my kid, but she really is) and she is not a shy or socially awkward kid at all, she is very outgoing and makes friends so easily.
So I don't know ....
Basically I almost feel pressured to send her bc all the other kids I know her age are going (she turned 3 yesterday)

DD will turn 3 in January. I didn't sign her up for preschool this year. She won't be going until next Sept when she is 3.5.
