Anyone have a DC that had an eruption cyst when teething??
DS has one over one of his molars----how long did it take for the tooth to come in for those who have dealt with this? TIA!!

Are you talking about the little white dot on the gum? My dd had one of those were her lateral front tooth on bottom was for the longest time before the tooth ever came out.

Its actually a small fluid collection over the tooth with some blood in it, its like a bump the size of a pea----thanks though!!!

sorry.. wasnt sure.. my dd doesnt let me look in her mouth  I just noticed her molars came in 2 weeks ago b/c she was laughing and I actually got to peek a bit. Hope Ds isnt in pain!!

Yes My DS had this very early on. Before he even got his front bottoms. They were there (both sides) for a while. I had no idea what it was. Ped. just kept an eye on it, and they disappeared before the teeth came in even.

DS had a few of these- the doctor warned me that they could bleed when the teeth broke through..
but they went away and the tooth came in with no bleeding...they look scary and painful...but it is normal according to the ped
