Anyone have a DC who refuses to pose for pictures?
DD is 3 and she REFUSES to pose for any picture. We call her "the blur" b/c she is IMPOSSIBLE to get a good pic of. She won't stand still or look or say cheese!!! When do they outgrow this?? Out of 150 pics taken at her bday party, MAYBE 1 was a decent pic and even then she wasn't smiling.

I do that with my DD 
Im a photo freak and gets lots done either by pro's or me.
The reason why shes smiling is because Im holding something she wants!

You saw the pic I just posted...the FIRST TIME johnny has sat and listened to someone taking his pic. I'm telling you...6 months ago it never would have happened...now he is great.
Also..bribery like PP said..lol! I told him he'd get a big fat ice cream cone if he posed like a nice boy. He got his cone this time!!

Kaydyn is pretty hard to photograph. She never sits still, doesn't usually smile. We even had a photographer come to the house when DD#2 was born from the company that did the hospital pics and they said they would take a few of them together and Kaydyn outright refused to even come near the photographer.

DD will say "no way" and run. I will try shouting out bribes and she'll look for a nanosecond...not even long enough for me to snap a pic.

My DD is only 11 months but HATES when I try to take her pics...I do it anyways though, but she looks down, looks away, covers her face
all her friends her age all smile and look happy for the camera though!

A trick I use.....when I want her to look at me, I gasp. Works the first couple of times.

That's my DD Lauren.... *I* can't get her to do it. But Maria from Lexi-Bella spent a good amount of time with her yesterday and worked some sort of magic with her. She totally warmed up (took some time, but she did). I decided to leave it to other people at this stage to photograph my children!

Huge pet peeve of mine with DD! She looks in every other direction except the camera direction. She was a flower girl in my best friend's wedding 2 weeks ago and literally I had to have DH hold a muffin that she wanted next to the camera lens to get her to look!!

That's Rylan!! I can't stand it. He's all about the camera when I first take it out saying cheese but then when it's time to sit he takes off.

There was a time around 2 when I couldn't get DS in front of the camera. Now at 3 he's such a ham. Maybe just a phase.

My DD's words exactly. My only picture taker is my 9 month old b/c she doesn't know better.My oldest wants nothing to do with the camera. She will hide, leave etc
My 2 in the middle move too fast and I can only get their backs or sides.
