anyone have a dh or family in the a/c business?

if so can you please fm me info on it! my parents a/c unit is leaking all in the basement and they guy that came already said there should be no more problems, but if there are i will be back to fix it! well it never stopped leaking. it's a central a/c unit.! thanks in advance! janet
