Nope, it's legit. I've placed several orders with them and have been very happy with everything. I mostly only order sunblock, bug spray, house cleaners, etc. I've never ordered diapers from them 
If you order by I think noon you have the stuff the next day usually  And orders over $49 are shipped free.
