I have one (used it for 2 years) but stopped using it back in April when I got my Polar HRM.....
Its good for someone looking to get an idea of how much movement they are getting throughout the day and if they are doing gym cardio machines.
I had the original version and since I lift weights a lot more now and my cardio consists of mostly doing HIITs on the stepmill, the fitbit wouldnt register my movement. So it became pointless for me to wear it. I have a bunch of friends who got it (at my recommendation in fact) who do most of their exercise on a treadmill or elliptical and for them its great and they love it...
Hope you get great use out of it and see results that you want....
