anyone have a glass top coffee table or know where i can find one?

i want one that is straight out glass...no bevels, not more than one piece.

any suggestions TIA!

I just want to let you know I have a scar on my leg from a table like that- I walked right into it and ouch!

now mine is oval glass with wood around it

We have three - two side and one large coffee table - all are square with metals bottoms.

Ours were a gift, so I don't know where they bought them.

We have 3 glass tables and we hate them because they get sooo dusty sooo fast.

We got ours at Seemans.....Now Levitz. The end tables are round and the cocktail table is oval.

not trying to change your mind but everyone I know who bought glass top tables regrets it.

you can really hurt yourself as Beth said. my parents used to have one and my cousin had to get stitches from accidentally hitting it with her leg. also, it's a PIA to keep clean.

see i had a combo wood glass table...i loved the glass because you can put anything on it and not worry and just wipe clean.

and i hated the beveled glass that sits on top of the wood because of the dust that gets under it.

i figure if i find an oval one with rounded edges, it would be safer for my clumsy days.

we shall see...
