Anyone have a good baby friendly mac & cheese recipe?
I have been doing some packaged mac & cheeses, but I want to try making some homemade. I guess I really just need a cheese sauce recipe since the pasta is just pasta.

It is so easy to make- take milk, heat it to almost boiling, melt in some shredded cheese(mozz, chedder, whatever) add a little salt and pepper and keep stirring. Just don't let it burn- until it thickens. Add pasta and pour into a baking dish- top with breadcrumbs and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes. That is it! Super easy. I hate that boxed stuff

I wonder if I should omit the breadcrumbs for now-- too crumby for them?
Sounds pretty easy though! What's the milk/cheese/pasta ratio?

I made some last night. 1/4 cup butter 1/4 cup flour 2 cups milk 2 cups cheddar cheese
melt butter as flour and cook for a minute. Add milk slowly while stirring. Once the milk bubbles around the edge add the cheese while stirring. Stir until heated (a couple minutes) toss with 8oz pasta and serve. I also add salt pepper and a little onion powder. Dd ate it up (9 months) as did everyone else. You can lessen the butter just make sure to lessen the flour too. I used ff milk and 2% sharp cheddar.
