Are you having a shower? Are you going to register?
BBB & BRU has a basic list when you go sign up to register. I wouldnt buy anything until after your shower (if you are having one) but that is JMO.

I went crazy after i found the sex and bought alot of stuff lol... i also dont have a big family, so my shower wasnt that big, so i wanted to get stuff as i went along so i didnt get hit with major bills later on. I bought stuff like onesies, diapers (very important and exspensive), wipes..-- I tried to get things i knew she would go through fast and would need alot of.
