hi yes it is!!! nothing is perfect but it is a definite help! I did everything for years....Topamax , meds, holistic. finally I found out my insurance covers it. and I have been doing it for over a year now. iknew it was time to do botox bc my stomach had so many ulcers from advils and pain meds and I couldn't live this way anymore. it take a couple rounds. you have injections every 3 months and for me after the second round I started seeing a great improvement...from around 15-20 migraines and headaches a month to about maybe 5!!!! let me know if you have any questions...and dr turner rocks....I forget who...but someone on this board mentioned him to me ty!

Not to pry, but have you had your blood pressure checked recently? I struggled with migraines for years, tried every med out there. And I'm sure my bp was checked in the beginning and was fine but after checking it again I was put on the lowest level bp meds and haven't had one since. Almost 3 years now.
Good luck!

Good luck! hi good point. Yes bp is always fab. I think for me migraines are genetic bc I have had them since I was a kid. But people def should always check bp! :)

That's a great point. But I don't think it's his BP. He's struggled with headaches for many years and he typically gets his BP checked 2x per year and it's always been normal. However, he does have his annual physical next month. we'll see!
Thanks for taking the time to make that suggestion!
Thank you everyone for the referrals!
