Anyone have a great gyno rec who is NOT an obstetrician?
I'd like to start seeing a gyno who does not deliver for a few reasons, but mainly because OBs tend to have such long wait times. Sine I'm not pregnant, I'm hoping that a regular gyno practice wouldn't be so bad.
A rec in Nassau would be great!!

Horizon Ob Gyn - Annette M Baggott MD--- She is in Rockville Centre... She is gyno only... A couple of my friends use her and love her...

I see Salvatore LoPresti at 877 Stewart Ave Ste 9 Garden City. He does have an uncle or dad who practices with the same name, so definitely look him up at this address so you don't get the uncle.
He is an OB/GYN, but I never have a long wait for an appointment or when I am in the office either.

Dr Putterman; her office is in Mineola now and she does not do OB. You could also try Dr Stephen Sherwin he is in the same office as Dr Plancher but he does not do OB in Garden City.

Dr. Carinci. I love her! She is in Wantagh just west of the Wantagh Pkwy. She is in the south nassau womens clinic.

My practice in Garden City (right behind Roosevelt Field) has a nurse practitioner and I loved seeing her before I was pg. I was disappointed when I found out that I had to switch and start seeing the OBs when I got pg. She does all the stuff a GYN would do and is the one who figured out that I have PCOS (after 15 years of going to GYNs).
Her name is Kathy and she works out of University Plaza OB-GYN 516-222-0722.
