I was looking for one too. I love making homemade pot pie but the crust is so fattening.

Re: anyone have a low fat crust???
This might be better for a dessert though ...
Corn Flake Pie Crust
2 Egg whites 3 tb Equal, sugar substitute 4 c Corn flakes
Use this low fat crust for any refrigerated pie.
In medium bowl, beat egg whites with Equal. Add corn flade, stir to mix and lightly crush corn flakes. Press into a lightly greased 9 inch glass pie plate. Microwave at ghigh 3-5 minutes or just until crisp and set. Cool. Makes 1 pie crust.
