Anyone have a Peg perego Stroller???
Just wondering which one you have and what you like and dislike about it? I'm undecided between the Venezia and the new A3. Thank you!!!!

Re: Anyone have a Peg perego Stroller???
I have the Peg Aria stroller and the Primo Viaggio Infant Car Seat.
Here is my feedback...
PROS: 1) It is super light weight and I can open/close it with one hand. This is the main reason why we picked this stroller. I wanted something I could throw into the back of the truck while holding the baby. 2) Travel System -- the infant carrier seat attaches right into the stroller which was a must for us. That carrier was a lifesaver when my son was little!
CONS: 1) When rocking the baby to sleep in it, the wheels twist and turn making it very difficult to keep going back and forth and it actually winds up going sideways a bit. 2) The steering on it is horrible. I am always banging into things in the stores! 3) The basket underneath is very small and if my son is sleeping in the down position you can't get into it. Also this may be minor but the cup holder holds never stays still!
When I was pregnant I wasn't sure exactly what would work for me as I didn't know what to look for since this was my first baby. I used the 'checklists' to make the best decision I could on choosing a stroller but it is difficult until you actually use one to know what your needs are. If I could go back and pick another stroller I probably would but don't want to spend another $200.
HTH!

Re: Anyone have a Peg perego Stroller???
I have the pliko, the primo viaggio car seat and the aria double stroller. The pliko was okay, not worth the money though. The car seat weighs a lot more than other brands and my son grew out of it very fast so I had to put him in my daugters old infant car seat. DEFINITELY not worth the money! I love the aria twin stroller though. It's the best. So light and easy for a twin stroller. It was also pricey as all Perego are but well worth every penny.

Re: Anyone have a Peg perego Stroller???
I have the venezia stroller and love it....my son has used it as a stroller since the beginning, and the infant seat can snap right into it...I agree the infant seat is narrow compared to other brands, and he does seem to get pretty warm in it, but I think he runs warm anyway...
the stroller has 4 wheel drive or 2 WD ( front or rear) depending on how you lock in the wheels...it can face you or face away from you (great for dodging sun in your childs eyes)...if you lay it down he/she can nap in it (works as a cradle when we go to the inlaws)...it is waterproof (we were out yesterday or a walk)....it has a zip up shell around the feet holes (allowed us to use it outside since Feb.)...those are some pros i can think of...

Re: Anyone have a Peg perego Stroller???
We were deciding between the Peg perego Pliko 3 stoller and the Zippy Inglesina. We picked the zippy but everyone has there own preference. The Zippy is much lighter then the Peg and you can close it up with one pull. The peg does that but it is easier with the zippy. ( we tried both in buy buybaby)
It looks almost identical to te peg so I would check out this one also. It is around the same price very comparible.
Consumer reports gave it a reving review and the baby bargains book gave it an A.
It is a newer stroller tha many people don't know about check into it...

Re: Anyone have a Peg perego Stroller???
I have the Venezia and I love it. I think I may have posted on this board about it in another thread. Although heavier than most, its sturdy, I snapped the infant seat right into it, I love that the handle reverses, it fully reclines, the basket is big, it plush and comfy, opens and folds easily, etc.
Oh, and the wheels have a mechanism on them to keep them straight if you want to rock like a previous poster has said was a con.

Re: Anyone have a Peg perego Stroller???
I have the Venezia and LOVE it!!! and this is coming from someone who went through 4 other strollers first!!!!!!! As far as the other strollers I had I dont find this one to be heavy at all.
My son is 2 and it is still by far my favorite of all the strollers I have had. And we still use it all the time.

Me too! I never thought to contact them, my DH just matched it up and bought a screw in Home Depot.

They sent me extra's too, besides if I waited for DH it'd still have tape holding it together!
