Anyone Have a Quesadilla Maker??
Just curious. I got one for my shower and used it yesterday for the first time and OMG, it makes a great quesadilla. I know I could just make it in a frying pan, but the crust was so good in this thing. I made a chickenm and steak quesadilla yesterday and it was soo friggin good. I can wait to experiment more with it. Does anyone have a quesadilla recipes to share? I want to make a pizza one.

spinach and articokes with diced peppers and cheese, so good.
also crabmeat would be good.

It's red, don't know the brand off hand. I kinda got stuck with it. I was going to return it, but Fortunoffs wouldn't take it back and I am so happy now that they wouldn't. Mmm, crabmeat sounds good.

i love it for left overs whenever i make ham and have some left i make ham and cheese melts with it and ground beef with cheese for mexi melts. check allrecipes.com they have some good recipes on there.

Its my favorite thing in the world!!!!!!
One fourth of July, right after we got married, instead of bbqing, I made all different kinds. Chicken, steak, shrimp, pizza, even peanut butter and jelly..what a hit!
For dessert, try apples with cinnamon then dipped in whipped cream or ice cream..its heavenly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I also have the santa fe one! Its awesome!!!!!!!

We have one too! Love it. However...I don't usually vary the receipes....we usually just do chicken/cheese and DH adds red/yellow/green peppers and onions to his.
I also add yellow rice to mine....before I cook it so the rice is mixed in with the chicken and cheese. So yummy!
