Anyone have a recipe for a homemade ice cream Cake with brownies?
That's easy and not too time consuming? The ones I found online havea little too much going on for this FTWM! Thanks!

My mom makes box mix brownies, layers softened ice cream on top of the sheet of cooked brownie, and once it's frozen she coats it all in whipped cream & returns to freezer. Amazing.

Yup, something like this. You can bake the brownies in a springform pan and cut into the number of layers (or bake in multiple pans). Then layer in the ice cream and toppings if you want it (mini marshmallows, cut up candy bars, fudge, etc). I would freeze it solid BEFORE topping with whipped cream and refreezing (hence recommending the springform, so you can hold it together for the first freezer go-round but also easily remove the pan).
They also make rectangle pans where the bottom pushes up and out, too. If you want it sheet cake size you can try getting one of those.
