This is the one I normally use but I don't add the Veal or the Thyme. It is delicious.

I make it all the time, its a weekly favorite in my house. I just brown some onions, carrots celery, add some chopmeat and brown that, throw in a few cans of tomatoes, some tomato paste, some italian spices, and a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce for savouriness, and let it simmer for like an hour. Yum!
