Anyone have a rugged large stroller willing to donate to girl in Haiti with cerebral palsy?

My friend Chris is a pediatrician headed to Haiti for the 6th year in a row to provide free medical care to sick children. He is looking for a stroller for a 5-year old girl he's cared for that has cerebral palsy. Please message me if you have something laying around! I'm heading back to Haiti very soon and am looking to bring a gift to this very special little girl who I've cared for over the past few years. She is 5 years old and has cerebral palsy and is incredibly well cared for by her wonderful mother. The problem is as she gets older it is becoming more challenging for her mother to carry her. I'm hoping someone out there has a rugged larger stroller that they would be willing to donate (it would need to be able to roll over uneven dirt trails). If anyone has one that I can take off their hands, please let me know. Thank you!

Have they considered babywearing? I know ObiMama has made several larger custom carriers for older kids (some even as old as 7-9 I think). He may even be able to have one donated, or set up a donation site for the BWing community to donate.
