anyone have a UTI without symptoms?
i feel like i might have a UTI without the regular symptoms but i am not sure b/c i have never had one before. anyone have a UTI with no severe symptoms? should i go to my OB or my regular doctor?

i have read that pregnancy hides some of the usual symptoms of things like UTIs and kidney disease. that is part of why they test your urine at every visit. not sure which doc to call...

Yes - I have had recurrent UTIs without symptoms. My OB screened for it at my first visit and now checks for one at every visit. Tell your OB (or actually in my case, I tell the nurse who takes my blood pressure and urine sample - b/c they need to give you a sterile cup to use to get the sample.)

i don't have harsh symptoms but i have minor symptoms, like having to pee all the time with only a little coming out, and a slight burning sensation when i don't go... i never had a UTI so i am not sure what's going on but i heard they are common in pregnancy.

Call your OB, they will have you come in for a urine drop off (that sounds so weird, but hey). Better safe than sorry.

i had one and my only symptom was spotting... i suppose i was peeing a bit more than usual, but i thought that was pregnancy related. my doctor put me on amoxicilin (sp?) for a week and it cleared up.

I have had one throughout my whole pregnancy so far and I had no idea. The only reason I know is because they test for it at the doctor and it keeps coming up in my urine.
Call your doc but whens your next appt? they should test for it everytime you give urine.
