Anyone have a Yahoo e-mail address?
I switched a while ago to g-mail, but I still have my yahoo address. About 99% of the mail that goes there is cr@p. Do I want a date for New Years, erectile dysfunction, you get the picture. This used to be my "regular" e-mail address and I never got this garbage. I keep it for a couple of accounts. Does anyone know WHY all of a sudden I'm getting hundreds of spam messages a day?
I'm just frustrated.

I primarily use Yahoo & on one (the 1 I use on sites where I buy things or join groups) I literally get 300 spam emails a day; its ridiculous (It goes right into the spam folder though so I don't let it bother me).

See, I get about 500/day in my spam folder, and then another 100 in my inbox.

i dont' get much... the vast majority goes right into the Spam folder so it's not a big deal. i've had my yahoo address since 1999 and the spam has drastically decreased in the last year or so.

I have a few Yahoo email addresses - one I use just to talk to friends and occasionally buy things from Amazon (that's the only site I use that email address for). The other one I use for making all other purchases online and that's the one that gets a TON of spam, but it's all from various shopping websites. It got a little out of hand, so I created a third "new and improved" email address for purchases. So far, so good
