i usually just cut them in half... take out the seeds, then put a few pats of butter, and some brown sugar on them... then bake them in the oven...

I do the same thing, but usually just cut them up into chunks first.

You bake them for about 45 minutes. I put brown sugar, butter and pumpkin pie spice on them and bake them. They are yummy this wy.
