Anyone have any suggestions for a bday gift for 4 yr old girl?
Preferably around 20 dollars?

My DD is almost 4 and loves Littlest Pet Shop stuff. Also My Little Pony stuff, drawing stuff. Games, puzzles. But LPS is the current fave. You can get something cute for $20 easily.

- Princess stuff (dress up box)
- make up (with parents approval) with nail polish, etc..
- Favorite cartoon character (Dora, princess "X, Y, Z", etc...) backpack

Have I got a hit for you!! Ava will be 4 in July, but for Christmas, I bought her a cheerleading Dvd, that comes with an outfit, pom-poms, baton and a mat.
She loooooves this thing. It's called "Bella Dancerella Cheerleader". It was $19.99 in Toys-R-Us.
Some other big hits for this age.
Dvds- Annie, Grease,Wizard Of Oz
Arts and crafts- Go to Michael's, they have a huge craft section. Ava's favorite is the wooden bird houses and Jewelry boxes. They cost like $5, and you can buy the paints and chachas that she can glue on.

I agree with the all of the above
Cinderella Dancerella is a good one too.
Littlest Pet Shop is played with for hours.
One thing NOT to get...Polly Pockets. My daughter loves them & I buy them for her because of it but the last thing I need is tiny shoes & purses all over the house. Also she couldn't dress them herself so she needed me to do it all.

Yes Yes Yes. They are the biggest PITA. I have them in a box in the basement for when she gets older or they find their way into someone else's home.
