Anyone have good recipes with chopmeat?

I'll brown the ground beef, strain it and then mix with red sauce, mozzerella cheese, ricotta and then bake until everything is melted together like a ziti. You could also add veggies like peppers, onions, zuchini, etc. My mother used to do make beef & noodles which was browned ground beef (drain the grease), add a can of beef gravy & a can of tomato sauce (14 oz cans), some salt, pepper and oregano and simmer. Mix this with egg noodles that are cooked to package directions. Or there's always tacos. HTH
