I just came back from vacation. I stupidly left my birth control pills at home and decided to just go off and use other methods this month b/c not sure I'm ready for #2 just yet, lol.

However I am in terrible pain. This happened last year when i went off the pill. I guess it is ovulation pain, but i didn't ever remember it being like this. It's like having your period with terrible cramps.

Anyone else get like this??
