Anyone have In-office Hysteroscopy?
I'm having one on Monday with Dr. B. I've had 2 prior but I was in hospital and put out (which was very nice). How long did it last and how did you get through it? Do you remember if he took his time looking around? Which just thinking about that is making me nervous.
Sometimes my cervix doesn't co-operate and I know I will be stressed over that. Have had issues in the past but not every time, which is odd. Praying this is one of the non issue times of course!
Any advice would be welcome. Thanks.
UPDATE: Just thought I would update. As I suspected Cervix would not let scope in. What a waist of time and money. And on the bright side I broke through the BCP's for once (so many cycles, never happened). I'm still waiting on what will happen next.

Yes, I've had a bunch. Had 2 with Dr. B as well in the office. It's very quick and he was able to spot some polyps and other abnormal tissue very easy. Right when it became uncomfortable, it was over! Hopefully your cervix cooperates! Good luck!

Anyone have In-office Hysteroscopy?
i had one with dr B and it was the easiest thing ever. i cant imagine having to go under anesthesia for that it was sooo simple. his scope is MUCH smaller than what they use in the hospitals which is why he can do it in office with no meds. like the others said it was very quick, felt like a period cramp, and was over in about 1 minute. and i got to watch it on the screen which was both cool and gross at the same time.

LOL....Thanks everyone. I'm starting to feel better about it. I want to take a Valium but then I wont be able to drive myself. And DH might not be able to take me.
Did anyone take a motrin or anything prior?

Re: Anyone have In-office Hysteroscopy?
They knocked me out for the hysteroscopy.
However, I just had an endometrial biopsy on Tuesday. The getting through the cervix part felt pretty much like an IUI. It didn't hurt until they scraped. So I imagine if they're just looking and not touching you'll be good. GL!
