The airline we are flying to Punta Cana in February (USA3000) changed our flight TWICE and now we have to stay two extra days. We have 5 nights booked at our favorite resort, but the extra two nights we are willing to stay anywhere.

I would guess that if we booked these two nights right before we left we'd get the best deal? Are there sites out there that specialize in this?

Has anyone gotten a REALLY good last minute deal? If so, how did you book it?
