Anyone have problems with the Verizon Krazor?-UPDATE
I just got this phone maybe 4-5 months ago and already have problems!
I charge my phone than within an hour its dead and I don't have insurance..I am soo annoyed!!!

I have no issues with mine. Do you charge it to much? The same thing happened with my old phone, if I charged it more then twice a week it would die after a 10 min conversation. Maybe thats it. Can you call verizon and ask what it may be?

I have NO issues with mine - my battery lasts for days!! I absolutely LOVE mine! Can you take it back and say it's defective without insurance??
ETA - DH also has this phone with no problems.

I don't think I was charging it too much maybe I can just buy a new battery-I have to call or go to Verizon today.

As long as it's under a year you can bring it back to a verizon repair center. If it is a defect in the phone they will replace it for either free or 50 dollars. Motorola phones always have issues. My best friend is a supervisor at a VZ Wireless. Where are you located? You can go to the store by the Smithaven mall and most times they will swap it right out after looking at it. The insurance is for after that first year or if you lose(break) it.
ETA: Go there the battery is covered within one year as well.

My Krazer does the same thing...no battery life....I went back to verizon and got a new battery and it is better now, but not great!! I am not too impressed with the phone!

ugggg! I HATE this phone- it doesn't stay charged at all and it shuts off randomly even when it has a full charge.
I hate it but I didn't get insurance either.

same here! I had it switched twice already b/c i can't assign different ringtones to different people..for some reason, it plays the same ring for everyone...verizon basically said, "nothing we can do, motorola knows about it, but it's a defect with some of the phones". Even though I had it changed 2x for the same problem, and nothing. I'm not too pleased with it, but at least it makes and receives calls right?

insurance covers loss or theft ---
all verizon phones come with a 1 yr service plan!
Bring it to the store, they can fix or replace it for free.

I have had mine for going on 10 months and I am just now having a problem with battery life...I would go to a verizon store if i were you because you have only had yours a short time and the battery shouldnt be dying so quick...

When I called Verizon yesterday I got such a nice guy on the phone. I explained to him that I just got my phone not too long ago and was very disappointed! He actually went into the computer and changed my contract date allowing me to get a new phone with $100 off! I was soo happy so I bought a new phone yesterday(LGVX8700) and so far I am VERY happy with it. Let's just hope this one lasts!!
