Anyone have the Chicco hook on booster seat?
I'm looking for booster seats that fold up small and I can leave in the trunk in case restaurants don't have high chairs. We have the FP Healthy Care one now for Sarah, but I didn't want 2 of them in the trunk since between them and the double stroller my trunk will be full. This one looked good but wasn't sure how functional it really was.

I have one. Its a huge PITA to connect it and hook it up to a table... I ended up just leaving mine at my parents house and buying an Eddie Bauer folding booster seat (no tray) at Target.
LINK
It's so much easier to store, it folds flat! I can stash it under the seat in my car.

I was just looking into ones like these - since I am going on vacation and thought it would be easy to tote along for Kevin - do you think something like that would be too small for him - he is about 32 lbs...I like strapping him in in restaurants so he won't get up and so he is tall enough to eat at the table and doesn't have to sit on his knees....
I saw this one too...

CathyB - I am not a huge fan of those hook on ones - I never feel comfy with them - I have only used them at friends houses or at restaurants.

Re: Anyone have the Chicco hook on booster seat?
Denise, I am going to have to say yes, it may be too small. Andrew sat in it at my parents house once and the straps wouldn't strap around him, so he just used it as a booster..... It's fine for Lauren. The one you posted might be bigger, I would guess you just have to try him in it. I just picked up the one I posted because I got it on clearance at Target and it was only $14.99 when I bought it.

Thanks. My friend has the one I posted so I have to get in touch with her to see if I can test it out. It says to 3 years old - so i thought it may be bigger...

I have that hook on one. I never ever use it. If anyone wants it, it's yours!
