Donna, we have the second one (Cosmo EX) and I have no complaints.. it's worked out great for us :)

I also have the Cosmo, the 2nd one.
The ONLY thing I will suggest (however, when I tell DH he doesn't listen and b*tches when he closes the stroller). It closes EASIEST when the seat is reclined all the way.
My only "issue" is there is no tray. I have no where to put cherrios or puffs for Troy to snack on. Otherwise, no complaints!
ETA: I really love how compact it is when it's closed up, and that it has a carry strap for when it's closed.
